We will start to accept candidatures for the academic year 2024-25 (Erasmus Mundus scholarships & application as self-funded students) starting from mid-November 2023. Candidatures can ONLY be submitted via our online platform available on our web-site (link HERE).
The selection process will follow these steps:
- Application phase 1 for Erasmus Mundus Scholarships (mid-November 2023 – February 2024). All complete and eligible applications submitted in this time window will be automatically considered for the grant of Erasmus Mundus Scholarships.
- Application phase 2 for Self-Funded Students (mid-November 2023 – early May 2024). Eligible students not receiving the Erasmus Mundus Scholarships or applying after February 2024 can be considered as Self-Funded students.
- Evaluation of applications and award of Erasmus Mundus Scholarships (March-April 2024). Eligible students applying before the deadline (end of February 2024) will be ranked and top candidates will be awarded n. 15 Erasmus Mundus Scholarships.
- Evaluation of applications of Erasmus Mundus Self-Funded Students (April-May 2024). The EGEI Consortium will admit a limited number of eligible self-funded students applying through the online platform.
Enrollment of admitted students at the University of Bari (Coordinating Institution) as well as University of Lille (First Hosting Institution) will start in the summer 2024.
The Erasmus Mundus Master EGEI (2024-26) will start at the University of Lille (France) at the beginning of September 2024.
